Hi Yong Kwang, Why don't you use VMWare Server instead? It's free for download at http://www.vmware.com/download/server/. I've been using that for quite a while already and it works great. Used Windows XP and openSUSE 10.3 as the host. I've tried Ubuntu, SLES, SLED, openSUSE, Fedora Core, Solaris running as the guest OS and it all works fine.
I've never tried using MS Virtual PC.
