(as in none of the member ever read any pages from OOXML or bothered to understand the issues being raised, but voted YES, because : "What is the harm in having two standards? Let the better one win". I did hear this one trotted out by some ITSC members.... While many developed countries (US, SG, CH, DE) fell like dominoes when confronted with MS pressure, it is developing countries such as India, China, Brazil, SA that have withstood the MS lobbying and voted No. Malaysia is abstaining (better than Yes).
