Well, KDE devs are the authority when it comes to KDE. Not Debian
devs, Not Fedora devs :) The reason why KDE 4 is in alioth is because
of Debian's policies, NOT KDE's or not because KDE 4 is that bad.

I tend to disagree. Knowing a few KDE devs personally, when they say
it's stable, they've tried it on a few distributions are confident
enough to call it stable.
