If it's too new, you'll have to wait for the DNS address to propagate. Each DNS resolver have cache that stays for a few minutes to a few hours (depending on the resolver). Once the old entry (which shows that sit.sg is non existent) is purged, it'll try to resolve the DNS by asking other resolved (and if the resolver it asked still have previous cached entry, the resolver will cache non-existent again). This applies to all resolvers.
