That has nothing to do with the RAM, although 400/4=100 is quite "jialat". Did you take a look or have any brochure from the fair? How about checking with other buyers (eg. in HWZ, VR forums)? I doubt they'll do anything. Fat hope if you're looking for a reply. Good luck, though.
