The next meeting of the Singapore Linux Meetup Group (http://www.meetup.com/sg-linux/) to be held on 18 March 2009 will finalize the constitution of the Free and Open Source Alliance (Singapore). Well, that is the intent, anyway. The latest draft of the constitution is available in the files section of the meetup group as well as in the google group fosa.
