Since we are linux guys here, the typical setup would be Asterisk as a
local PBX and a gateway to landline/IDD.
I'm a happy user of pfingo.com (starhub) which is fully compatible
(SIP) with asterisk. Can't tell anything about singtel voip.
The cheaper one-time-pay solution is to setup your own gateway via
PSTN card and existing landline(s) in the office. Here is a list of
