I think we must spread the words that doing this [buying windows bundles and hoping for the refund] is wrong.
First, it gives customers lot's of troubles. Second, when HP looks at sales in Singapore, they see their Windows bundles selling strong. Nothing hints them that some of these product were bought by ppl that actually wanted Linux bundles. In my opinion it is important that ppl that want Linux get it with the right bundle. Otherwise we will keep getting Windows as bundles. Unless you're really short on cash (cause you can only bargain for Windows bundles at Sim Lim) and time (cause Internet delivery always takes weeks), you should not ever buy a Windows bundle if you don't want it.
