that's not aflaw in the GPL, only a flaw in the business model. the GPL
can't do anything by itself to make your business better.

what is remarkable here is that RMS seems to accept that proprietary
licensing can be necesary to finance the development of GPL software.

personally i can see it as useful, but not necesary,there are other
business models too, and from a community perspective i found that this
model makes it much harder for the community to contribute because all
code needs to be licenced by the company so they can resell it.
