Hi Marvin,

We ran into some issues with bnx2x drivers on some hardware configs on
RHEL 5.3/4 not too long back. The machines wouldn't even boot or would
crash a while later or the network interfaces would become unusable.
We grabbed a copy of the src RPM for the netxtreme2 drivers and
rebuilt it by hand, which fixed the issue. This was on x86_64 though.
Don't know if it'll be of much help, but worth a shot. Also, make sure
the bnx2/bnx2x version that you're running is the latest. A modinfo
should help with that.

And a little nitpick/suggestion - when you have so much output to
share, would be nice to pastebin it instead of making us all scroll
down a lot through email ;)
