I like your example with ERP system.
So what ISP doing is they charge that person from Pasir Ris in advance
and pay monthly fee for ESP, but he is taking PIE (should be different
company here) or even usual slow road instead.
I feel the same today. I don't use these partner's sites and don't
want to see them growing.
