good for you. Dunno if i'm just unlucky, surf a lot, have been with
starhub for a long enough time to notice this sort of thing... or a
combination of some of those things.

yeah, I agree. Like local singapore (sometimes governmental! ahem
<transport>!) sites.

yeah. My deal is with starhub, and this nonsense of theirs. And their
CSOs can be quite brain dead at times. ("starhub = not ok. Bypass
proxy = ok. You dont get the connection?")
