hmm, he starts out with: "Who says good software comes at a price?"
so it's pretty clear he is talking about free food, not free speech.

and then he follows with listing "shareware, freeware and open source
software". so he doesn't list "free (speech) software".

"two main groups of free software" means free food software, since he
mentioned price earlier. 

open source is then labeled as a third group, seemingly seperating it
from free food software.

he labels gimp and openoffice as "free open source software" and
differentiates it from freeware google docs. 

then he focuses on the bad sides of freeware, talking about things that
we would not want to be attributed to free speech software anyways.

in the applications list there are no labels for what type of license
that is, except for vlc and audacity identified as open source.

it is sad that the focus is on price but even if he does not take the
step to explain what free speech software is, he at least does not mix
up terminology. 

using "free software" to mean "free food software" is not wrong.

i don't see a reason for outrage.
