We made a list of 8 factors/reasons for the dossier: Drivers for OSS Open standards and open development process Vendor independence and flexibility Lower total cost of ownership Availability of needed applications Best-of-breed solutions Faster procurement Access to source code Political decision/pressure Please, can you complete the attached file by giving a ranking mark for each of the 8 reasons (being number 8 the most important reason and number 1 the least important).
