Hi All,

I'd like to announce a preview release of php-slurm, it can be got from a
branch from my forked slurm repo at.

https://github.com/jcftang/slurm/commits/php-slurm

or else a tarball and source RPM can be got from

http://thammuz.tchpc.tcd.ie/mirrors/php-slurm/1.0/

There is a dump of the php documentation generated from the php source code
there as well. There is effectively no real history to the set of commits that
I have in my repo/branch since we were using svn at first and the history was
also a bit messy and didn't make sense, so a fresh repository/branch it was!

The release notes for the preview release can be found at
https://github.com/jcftang/slurm/blob/php-slurm/RELEASE_NOTES

I would like to mention that all of the coding work was done by Peter Vermeulen
with help and direction from TCHPC staff. I will probably be looking into
integrating the extension in the slurm/master branch in relation to touching
some of the automake files and packaging. I'd prefer if one of the slurm
developers could look at https://github.com/jcftang/slurm/commits/develop and
regenerate the autoconf/automake scripts. Of course if people think that it
should be kept as a seperate project that would not be a problem at all.

Any comments and feedback on the implementation would be highly welcomed and
appreciated. Hopefully others will find this extension useful for their own
internal and external facing websites.

Regards,
Jimmy Tang
