Hey Daniel,

sshare shows raw usage currently, the grpwall could be added as well, but it 
isn't there today.  As mentioned in a previous email SLURM priority was based 
on the idea of fairshare scheduling, so the hard limit scheduling hasn't really 
been flushed out.
