Excellent! A few more of these and our users will be a lot more
comfortable I think.
Yeah, I couldn't find any code that set state_desc so I just figured
it was meant for sites to patch to use their own site-specific
strings.
Hmmm, I thought I was using xstrdup. Not sure what happened there...
I'll definitely update it.
