The canonical version of slurm from this point on will be maintained on 
SchedMD/slurm.  The chaos/slurm version will pull from SchedMD/slurm from 
time to time and should be considered more of a conservative branch.

On this same topic, future downloads will be available from 
http://www.schedmd.com.  Sourceforge will soon be dropped as the location 
for code drops.
