That information is never transmitted from the srun command to the
slurmctld, so you will not find it in the accounting db or reported by
"scontrol show step". It could be added, but does not exist today.
Your best option would probably be to capture that information using a
spank plugin and record the information somewhere. See "man spank" for
more information about using spank. I'm not sure how you want to
record the information, but it would be stored from the normal user's
command so security could be a concern.
