Hi Moe, I am actually firing the MPI processes within MPD environment with mpirun. So does is it mean that the commandline "scancel --batch --signal=INT <JOIB>" kills the MPD daemons and not the MPI processes themselves? Because somehow the MPI processes disappear, but the resources continue to be allocated by SLURM.
