No one seemed to have any ideas about this. It is obviously a bit tricky, because tables are created in the slurm_acct_db which have the names of the clusters in them. So the only solution appears to stop slurm, dump the database, edit the dump (including table names), import the edited dump, and then restart slurm. On a slightly different note: What is the easiest way to reinitialise the accounting database and start afresh?
