Mmm...no, I cannot group jobs because my jobs are created at runtime and I don't know when. For the same reason the distribution option doesn't fit. Is there any option/way that let me tell sbatch to run only on the node that I choose (I cant'find it on the man page but it would be very appreciated)? In that way I could do a polling sending the sbatch on various nodes.
Thanks Giulio In data 06 marzo 2013 alle ore 17:22:09, David Bigagli <[email protected]> ha scritto: > If the jobs run one after another slurm will pick the first host that can > run the job. > You could group your jobs running them as job steps and also have a look > at > the > --distribution option of sbatch and srun.
