Apologies, I should have been clearer, this is just for passing
- --verbose to the executable that Slurm is going to run.

Unfortunately that doesn't work, it just results in the BlueGene/Q
trying to run an executable called "/path/to/exe --verbose" and
failing to find it. :-(
