My problem is that there's no users in the accounting database. Nor do
I have any desire to manually create them. It's a new cluster and a new
slurm, so everyone that runs a job is a new user. I would expect (and
need) for the accounting database (or slurm or sacctmgr or something) to
auto-create these users.... That was at least the behavior of GOLD back
when I ran that.

Also, it seems like all jobs are failing to run because there's no users
found in the DB:

[2013-08-02T15:59:18.999] debug3: User (null)(1128) doesn't have a
default account

I'm interested to hear how the community handles such problems.

JobComp logging is currently off, as the docs stat that this is
redundant if Accounting is enabled. I'd be interested to hear thoughts
on that.

Using SLURM 2.6.0 on CentOS 6.4

I have slumctld/slurmd logging to slurmdbd, which is logging to MySQL.
