Hi, We're just getting started with Slurm and have some users whose application is extremely tightly integrated with pbs-style commands. For a lot of their work, the torque wrapper perl scripts in the Slurm contrib distribution work fine.
However, they also need to use the "-t" flag to qsub to submit job arrays, which as far as I can see is not supported in the wrappers. Am I just missing that? Or has anyone written an addition to the wrapper that handles arrays, and that you'd be willing to share? Thanks, Pete Ruprecht University of Colorado Boulder
