[slurm-dev] slurm_update error

Hello,

I am using slurm  2.6.6. When I tried to change a job's size using the
command:

scontrol update JobId=2440 NumCPUs=3.

It gave me an error:

slurm_update error: Requested operation is presently disabled

Can anyone help me ?
