Hi,

so we recently upgraded to 14.11-pre1 (that was the current release according
to META file on the day we cloned the git repo). We got all things working, but
one thing is odd. I'm getting in /var/log/slurm/slurmdbd.log huge entries like
this:

update "t2estonia_job_table" set state=4, time_end=1399403077 where
job_db_inx=11509 || job_db_inx=11512 || job_db_inx=11567 || job_db_inx=11576 ||
job_db_inx=11578 || job_db_inx=47678 || job_db_inx=47679 || job_db_inx=70564 ||
job_db_inx=70567 || job_db_inx=70568 || job_db_inx=70569 || job_db_inx=70570 ||
 ....

and this continues for a LOT of jobid's basically running a wc command on the
one line I got 10M characters. Of course it fails immediately afterwards with:

[2014-05-13T12:51:34.728] error: mysql_query failed: 1153 Got a packet bigger
than 'max_allowed_packet' bytes

and the cycles repeats. Any clues as to how to mitigate? I planned to attach a
file with the last 3 lines, but that's 21MB big so decided against it :)
