For anyone interested, there is a new work-in-progress FreeBSD port
framework available for 14.11.0-0rc3 here:

The port is sysutils/slurm-hpc-devel. ( sysutils/slurm-hpc is 14.03.0. )
The 14.11.0-0rc3 seems to have resolved all the issues I was aware of
with SLURM on FreeBSD, but that may just mean I need to look harder.
Many thanks to whoever fixed the pty issue, BTW.
Any feedback would be appreciated. My intention is to have this update
committed to the official FreeBSD ports repo as soon as 14.11.0 is
officially released.
