There doesn’t seem to be a downside to this.  We’ll give it a go tomorrow.

Thanks too Chris. We had not yet looked at influencing the order in which nodes 
are allocated – it can help when systems get quiet

If you set RealMemory high then you will also need to configure FastSchedule=2, 
but that also prevents Slurm from downing nodes with down CPUs or other 
hardware.
