Hi Anton,

Your best bet is to go to the slurm.conf man page and do a string search
for "restart"; the parameter settings whose changes require restart (for
either slurmctld or slurmd) are meticulously enumerated in each parameter's
description, in that document (online version
<http://slurm.schedmd.com/slurm.conf.html> being most current).
