Hi folks, There's been discussion in the past about Slurm and docker and for the first time today I was asked by a user if it was possible yet to run docker containers inside Slurm.
Their use case is they want to distribute bioinformatics tools inside a docker container and want to be able to run them on suitably configured clusters. Does anyone know if this is on the cards?
