Hi,

I’d like to be able to launch jobs with “—uid=” while as a user with
adminlevel=administrator. Yet, this is not possible from what I can tell. It
seems, only the slurm root user can do this. Is this by design? To me it
seems reasonable that a user with the administrator role should able to use the
“—uid” function. We’ve gotten around this by using sudo, but it would be a bit
cleaner if the administrator role could use “—uid”. Thoughts?
Thanks.

Chris
