We utilize the lua job submit plugin to require the account parameter. If they
don’t specify an account, the job is rejected with an appropriate message.
Snippet below for the slurm_job_submit() routine in job_submit.lua file.
--
if job_desc.account == nil then
slurm.user_msg("You didn't specify a account.")
return 2045
end

Subject: [slurm-dev] Force the parameter #SBATCH -A
Hello.
Is there a way to force the use of the parameter "-A #SBATCH account" in the
scripts?
I have users associated with more than one account. And know which account the
job was submitted is very important for my reports via sreport.
If not informed the parameter "-A #SBATCH account" jobs are associated with the
default user account.
And many users forget (or are too lazy) to set the parameter.
Thanks, Eduardo.
