Our web host is experiencing some difficulties at the moment. I'm
working with them to get things fixed now.
I've mirrored a copy of the just-released slurm-15.08.10.tar.bz2 over
here: http://download.schedmd.com/slurm/latest/
The documentation site (http://slurm.schedmd.com) has also been
relocated, although the DNS update may take time to propagate.
