Hola

There are a number of places in the slurm configuration where we need to
enter hostnames.

The (almost?) always docs recommend the short hostname, the slurm.conf docs
are the only place I've found that explicitly states that it should be the
value returned by `hostname -s`.

Our systems have the entire domain in each hostname:

[root@slurm-01 ~]# hostname
slurm-01.petermac.org.au
[root@slurm-01 ~]# hostname -s
slurm-01

Should I still be using the short hostname in each place - does slurm
uniformly use hostname -s?

cheers
L.
