I did a write-up on graphite sdiag using Graphite (http://giovannitorres.me/graphing-sdiag-with-graphite.html).
It uses PySlurm and Graphite, but the concept can be transferred to other monitoring/graphing applications that allow custom plugins. I thought I would share in case it helps someone else. Giovanni
