FWIW, it is not intended for the same purpose, but we also developed
collectd plugins for slurm:
https://github.com/collectd/collectd/pull/1198
Those plugins collectd job centric metrics to get CPU/mem stats per node
and job. All those stats can then be sent to graphite and influxdb to be
visualized with grafana or jobmetrics[1].
