I'm wondering if we change PriorityDecayHalfLife from 1 week to 8 weeks whether the changes are applied only from that point in time or whether it acts on a raw usage number internally at the next priority calculation.
This has a big effect on the GrpTRESMins limits as if a user has used 90% of their limit with the 1 week decay then increasing the decay period is likely to put them well over if the effect is applied retroactively.
I suspect this is NOT the case however and that once usage has been decayed by the PriorityDecayHalfLife it is permanent. Can anyone confirm?
