Mahmood,
fwiw, slurm provides torque compatible commands (qsub, qstat, pbsnodes)
that can help your users to transition from torque to slurm :
your users can submit torque scripts on your slurm cluster
qsub script.pbs
until they move to slurm
sbatch script.slurm
