Hello, When our slurmdbd goes down (usually from a munge timestamps), is there a way to not allow anyone to submit jobs via slurmctl? When slurmdbd goes down, the account limits go with it and people can just hammer our cluster with any amount of jobs. Is there a way to make slurmdbd be a requisite for the slurmctld?
