I think Uwe was on the right track. It looks to me like the problem node is somehow thinking TmpFS=/tmp rather than /local/scratch.
That seems to be consistent with what is being reported (TmpDisk = 500 ). I would check the slurm.conf/scontrol show config output on the problem node and confirm whether or not TmpFS is what you expect there. On Tue, 10 Oct 2017, V?ronique LEGRAND wrote:
