If I recall correctly, RealMem is what you have configured in
slurm.conf, and AllocMem is how much Slurm has allocated to jobs, while
FreeMem is how much ram is unused on the machine.

So RealMem and AllocMem do not necessarily correspond to what "free" or
"top" reports.
