Job Description: 8 years + experience in fixed access network operations (MPLS, VOICE, DATA, IPTV) Very good ability to manage a team and fulfil service level agreement. Have experience for high level technical troubleshooting, especially for network performance and services related. Have strong communication ability with customer and handle VIP care cases. Product level experience in Access switches and routers (Huawei, Juniper, Cisco) Have the ability to track effectively the top import network issues and customers requirement. Good understanding of access solutions MSAN / DSLAM/ GPON ect..
