eye_blink - removing sbm_eyeblink files and rolling eye blink code into sbm_character.  Eye blinks were broken when loading more than one character.
It's been said before, but this is a big hack that really needs to live in its own controller.  But until then, we have this.

Once we finish the bone-based face control, then we'll have the FAC activation channels to control the eyelids via a controller.
