Update resource windows :
Skeleton : now display the offset, position, or quaternion (if any) for each
joint.
Add BoneMap, sequence files, and face definition in the resource viewer.
More to add : controllers (under each character), event handlers, physics
environment, steering environment, mesh paths and files.
