smartbody lib- added the functionality for smartbody to load skeletons and
animations via fbx. This is currently disabled but can be enabled by setting
#define ALLOW_FBX_PARSER 0
to
#define ALLOW_FBX_PARSER 1
Note: The vcproj isn't included in this commit with the correct relative paths
to the sdk as that is still be set up in svn.
