build - added 2 new build configurations, DebugFBX and ReleaseFBX. Only
change is that ENABLE_FBX_PARSER is defined in the compiler settings, and the
FBX libraries were added to the linker settings. This is so that projects can
choose whether or not to link with FBX support by simply changing the build
config.
