Added 'net_check' command to tell SmartBody to connect using the bonebus if it
isn't already connected..
net_reset and net_check will cause an 'UpdateActor' message to be sent to
renderer, to make sure that renderer is in sync with SmartBody.
BoneBus will now disconnect if too many errors are found.
Changed Ogre viewer to accommodate timing information from bonebus.
Ogre viewer can now be launched after SmartBody instance if needed - will
automatically reconnect.
Removed locomotion commands from Ogre Viewer - should use different locomotion
commands connected to steering instead.
