steerlib - in SimulationEngine::_loadModule(), ignore the moduleSearchPath and
the exception that gets thrown under WIN32. Added these lines as comments:
// EDF - 8/1/11 - Ignore this block under WIN32. Under Win32, this code calls
LoadLibrary() that follows Win32 dll loading rules
// (Dynamic-Link Library Search Order
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms682586(v=vs.85).aspx )
// This block below doesn't match those rules. So this block may throw an
exception, but the code could find the dll just fine.
