Fixed crash on exit - characters removed from scene were causing corruption in
iterator accesses.
Added breathing controller from Celso branch and adapted to new controller API.
Use:
char <name> breathing motion <breathingmotion>
then:
char <name> breathing bpm 40
Breathing motion must be an entire breathing cycle. Note that the additive
breathing mode has been disabled for now. Breathing controller sits before the
gaze controller.
